The training workshops are a journey into deeper transformation and learning the inside view of what happens when we surrender and let go to allow the intelligence of the energy flow through us connecting to the heart of our creator in our centre. The first step is to unlearn what we have been conditioned to learn and think, and to allow deeper intelligence to move us, and allow intuition to surface as a greater and greater force in our lives.
Every one of us has a unique ability and many gifts. Ger will not teach you to do what he does, he will facilitate a very powerful and deep process whereby the transformational energy and light will open up and expose your own individual gifts, therefore teaching you to do what you do.
Leave your notebooks and pens at home!! Everything you need to know is already there. This is a process of releasing the superimposed reality to reveal the ancient wisdom. Cracking the shell to reveal the nut. Often we spend our lives living by the external shell and gaining outside knowledge and information therefore building new and denser shells and more layers of structures, belief systems and mental pictures.
Life can feel more and more empty as we go in the opposite direction to our true essence and light. By letting go we embrace the unknown. This is what Ger means when he talks of engaging the mystery. If it is your path to do your highest sacred work, to let go and let "thy will be done" through you, then this training is for you. It is for those of you who want to commit to this process as a way of being in the world, allowing your specific gifts to emerge and watch them grow and flourish as you move into your full unlimited potential.

There are three basic fundamental stages of Gradings for the Training, with three separate certification and ceremonial inductions. After the 3rd stage training Grade, there is a very Special Self-Mastery Workshop which entails a deep process of Intervention, cleansing, and High Spiritual Purification. A High Self Mastery certification will be awarded to any participants completing the entire journey and process.
The training workshops are open to everyone. It is recommended that before you engage on the initial training programme that you have attended at least one of Gers workshops somewhere in the world. There is a fundamental process of personal transformation as well as the training aspect of how the transformation happens.

Is minic gur dearcadh duairc ar an saol an toradh atá ar sin, mar gurb é an treo eile ar fad atáimid ag dul ón smior agus ón lóchrann atá ionainn. Nuair a scaoilimid leis, cuirimid dhá lámh timpeall ar an ngné nach bhfuil on eolas againn air. Is é seo atá i gceist ag Ger nuair a labhraíonn sé ar aghaidh a thabhairt ar an rúndiamhar. Má tá sé i ndán duit go ndéanfaidh tú obair bheannaithe den chaighdeán is airde, go scaoilfidh tú leis an seanchló agus “go ndéantar do thoil”, tá an traenáil seo ar fheabhas duitse. Tá an traenáil seo dírithe ar dhaoine a bhfuil fúthu maireachtaíl ar an gcaoi seo sa domhain. Tabharfar deis do na buanna speisialta atá agat teacht chun cinn, fás agus bláthú, de réir mar a thugann tú aghaidh ar a bhfuil tú in ann a bhaint amach gan laincís.

Tá trí Ghrád faoi leith ann ó thaobh traenála agus trí ghradam agus searmanas ar leith ag dul le gach ceann acu. Tar éis an tríú grád traenála, tá ceardlann an-speisialta Féin-Mháistreachta i gceist. Sa ghrád seo, tá próiseas domhain idirbheartaíochta, sciúradh agus Ardghlanadh Spioradáltachta i gceist. Bronnfar teastas Féin-Mháistreachta d’aon rannpháirtí a bhaineann ceann scríbe an phróisis amach.
Tá na ceardlanna traenála ar fáil do gach duine. Moltar freastal ar cheann amháin, ar a laghad, de cheardlanna Ger in áit éigin sa domhain, sula dtugtar aghaidh ar an gcéad chlár traenála. Tá próiseas bunúsach claochlaithe pearsanta i gceist, chomh maith le an ngné traenála den gcaoi a dtarlaíonn an claochlú.

THE INITIAL FIRST STAGE TRAINING: takes place in segments of 6 day workshops. (Any of the 6 day workshops which says: "6 Day Workshop and Training" scheduled anywhere around the globe, will be a training workshop.) It is essential and crucial for the induction preparation, that you attend a full cycle of, no less than seven - 6 day workshops + 1 special briefing day ( ie: 43 days of workshop experience, both of your own personal transformational process and learning the training and structure of how to develop your own work.)
After this, there will be a very special, once off, Higher Induction and Initiation Workshop process which will open up your Body, Mind and Spirit to "Greater Mind". (The light transmission, Divine intelligence) This Special Initial Induction Workshop and Ceremony will take place over 7 days, in a sacred place. It will not be open or available to the general public and will only be for those people who have completed a full 7-workshop (43 Day) training programme. It will happen each year depending on how many people are prepared.
The first step to engage in the initial training is to look through the events schedule then contact the organisers in the town / country where you would like to train, let them know your intention, and register for your first exciting course. If a 6-day training is not available in an area near you, then it is possible to attend the regular 3-day workshops and let our organisers / co-ordinators know your intention to train. Ger will individually adapt the focus and intention of your personal process accordingly.
The entire initial training process can take place over two, three, four or five years depending on how much you wish to do, and how fast you wish to go in your own process. At the very end of the 7 day Induction Ceremony ( after 43 days of workshop Training + 7 day Special Ceremonial workshop ), each person will receive a High Special Blessing, a Special Sacred Object From Ger's own personal lineage and an Honorary Certification to state your attendance and completion of this Initial First Stage of Training.
THE SECOND STAGE OF GRADING: is developing and absorbing the structure of the work and process deeper into the psyche and subconscious over a subsequent period of 43 days of training + the second 7 day deeper Ceremonial Induction Workshop.
AN CHÉAD STAID DEN TRAENÁIL: Tarlaíonn sé ina ghálaí i gceardlanna sé lá.
"Ceardlann Traenála 6 lá, in aon áit ar fud an domhain. Moltar go nglacfá páirt i seacht gcinn de cheardlanna 6 lá. (43 lá de thaithí ceardlainne, claochlú pearsanta duit féin, foghlaim na traenála agus an struchtúr a bhaineann le forbairt do chuid oibre féin.)
Ina dhiaidh sin, beidh aon phróiseas ceardlainne tosaigh amháin, a bheidh dírithe ar Ardionduchtú agus Túsghabháil i gceist. Tabharfaidh seo deis do do cholainn a bheith ar fáil d’Eagna agus Spiorad an “MhórEagna” – seoladh an tsolais agus Intleacht Dhiamhair. Beidh an Ceardlann Speisialta Ionduchtaithe agus an Searmanas ar siúl thar thréimhse 7 lá, in áit bheannaithe. Ní bheidh sé oscailte ná ar fáil don ghnáthphobal. Is do dhaoine é a mbeidh 7 gceardlann iomlán traenála déanta acu (43 lá). Beidh sé ar siúl uair nó dhó gach bliain, ag brath ar an líon daoine atá réitithe.
Is í an chéad chéim tabhairt faoin traenáil tosaigh, féachaint ar an gclár imeachtaí agus teagmháil a dhéanamh leis an lucht eagraithe i do bhaile/thír ar mhaith leat an traenáil a dhéanamh. Réiteoidh Ger do phróiseas pearsanta le go gcuirfear sin in áireamh duit.
Is féidir an traenáil ar fad a dhéanamh thar thréimhse dhá bhliain, trí bliana, ceithre bliana nó cúig bliana, ag brath ar an méid a theastaíonn uait a dhéanamh agus cé chomh tapa is atá fút dul chun cinn i do phróiseas féin. Ag críoch an tSearmanais 7 lá Ionduchtaithe (tar éis 43 lá de thraenáil ceardlainne + 7 lá de cheardlann speisialta searmanais), gheobhaidh gach duine Ardbheannú Speisialta agus Ábhar Speisialta Beannaithe ó shliocht pearsanta Ger, chomh maith le Teastas Oinigh a léireoidh go raibh tú i láthair agus gur chríochnaigh tú an Staid Tosaigh Traenála seo.

THE THIRD STAGE OF GRADING: is a profound process of uncovering the dormant and latent gifts of intuitive ancient knowledge that lies within us and learning the collective transmutational process which will enable you to fully Heal, Teach, and Master your High Craft and pass on the sacred transmission to others. This is the final 43 days of training + the Final 7 day High Self Mastery Induction Ceremony. This is a graduation after which you will also be able to come and go and attend any workshops anywhere, to develop your craft further and to have further teaching support at any time.
This is a fundamental basic structure for the training programme. When in actual real time and experienced, it is possible and does happen on some occasions that the transmission and internal transmutation may open and start its full expression spontaneously through you at any point throughout the process, if this does happen, Ger will be able to recognise it immediately and your training process will be speeded up rapidly in order for you to start your work much sooner. In these cases the work will be tailored to individually and personally suit each person at their own rate and state of evolution of the process.
Also some people may need extra, time and preparation, in order to be ready for and to deeply understand and experience the induction, in this case, extra workshop time will be added, this is not a negative thing, it simply means that the more prepared we are going through the induction, the deeper and more visceral, tangible and profound your experience will be, Ger's goal is for everyone to have the best and deepest possible experience. Whether its sooner or later, dont worry, the timing will be perfect for you !
